Understand contractual and regulatory frameworks.
Typically 12–24 months depending on work-based evidence availability.
Experienced site managers and project managers in building and civil engineering sectors.
Candidates must be working in a relevant role and be able to demonstrate competence against all qualification requirements through on-site evidence
Assessment is holistic, competency-based and conducted by qualified assessors. Evidence is mapped against the qualification’s units and criteria.
Reviewed every 3–5 years or in line with industry/regulatory updates
